EIFS restoration

EIFS is one of the highest rated façade materials in the US. However, when it first came to market poor installation and improper workmanship caused the material to get a less than desirable reputation. If the EIFS is installed correctly it is a great barrier to keep the elements out of your building.

When failing EIFS is left untreated it could lead to more costly repairs down the road.  Improper maintenance or installation of the EIFS systems can result in delamination, water intrusion, sheathing failure, or worse structural failure.
